Institutional guidelines governing participation in ITDFC’s global trade and delegation platforms.

1. Institutional Acceptance
By accessing, registering, or participating in any platform, program, event, or delegation organized by ITDFC, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
ITDFC operates as a global institutional platform facilitating trade, diplomacy, and policy engagement. All participants agree to uphold the integrity, neutrality, and objectives of the Federation.
2. Eligibility & Participation
Participation in ITDFC activities is subject to:
- Verification of institutional or professional credentials
- Compliance with applicable laws and international protocols
- Approval by ITDFC Secretariat (where required)
ITDFC reserves the right to accept, reject, or revoke participation at its sole discretion.
3. Membership Governance
Members of ITDFC must:
- Provide accurate and updated institutional information
- Adhere to ITDFC policies, code of conduct, and governance framework
- Maintain professional and ethical engagement
ITDFC reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in case of misrepresentation, misconduct, or actions affecting institutional reputation.
4. Delegation & Event Protocols
Obligations
- • Comply with host country laws
- • Respect diplomatic protocols
- • Adhere to secretariat schedules
Exclusions
- • No responsibility for visa rejections
- • No liability for travel disruptions
- • Personal arrangements are separate
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, branding, reports, publications, and data generated or shared by ITDFC are the exclusive intellectual property of the Federation. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Data Protection
All personal and institutional data shall be handled in accordance with the ITDFC Privacy Policy. By engaging, participants consent to data collection for operational purposes.
7. Fees & Payments
All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. ITDFC reserves the right to modify pricing and payment structures for institutional programs.
8. Liability & Risk Limitation
ITDFC acts as a facilitating institution and shall not be liable for:
Participation is at the individual’s or organization’s own risk.
9. Indemnification
Participants agree to indemnify ITDFC against claims arising from breach of terms, misconduct, or misuse of institutional platforms.
10. Code of Conduct
Maintain professionalism and respect cultural, diplomatic, and institutional norms. Violation may result in immediate removal.
11. Confidentiality
Non-disclosure of sensitive discussions or non-public institutional information shared during engagements.
12. Third-Party Engagements
ITDFC is not responsible for third-party actions. Separate terms may apply for collaborators.
13. Force Majeure
No liability for failure due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or diplomatic disruptions.
14. Suspension & Termination
ITDFC reserves the right to suspend access or terminate membership. Such decisions are final.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India, or resolved through arbitration.
16. Amendments
ITDFC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
