Syed Areesh Hussain is a strategic leader in international trade, economic diplomacy and global economic cooperation, having worked across India's foremost government institutions, apex business chambers and international diplomatic ecosystems.
His professional engagements have included NITI Aayog, Government of India; Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Govt. of India; Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, Govt. of India; CDSCO, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India; and NDTV–Adani Group in various capacities, alongside India's leading business chambers including — ASSOCHAM (1920) and FICCI (1927), among the country's oldest and apex chambers — and ICFA, recognised by the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India.
Over the years, he has worked closely with 75+ diplomatic missions and embassies, including extensive engagement across Africa and other international markets, contributing to high-level institutional dialogue, diplomatic outreach, international delegations, trade initiatives and strategic partnerships.
As Chief Executive Officer of the International Trade & Delegation Federation of Chambers (ITDFC), Mr. Hussain is shaping an international institution committed to advancing cross-border commerce, investment, economic diplomacy and strategic cooperation between nations.
