An eminent global stateswoman and distinguished academic, Prof. Dr. Iveta Radičová served as Slovakia’s first woman Prime Minister (2010–2012). With an exceptional legacy spanning the European Commission, international policy institutions, and academia, she is widely recognized for her leadership in governance, democratic transformation, and global cooperation. H.E. Paul Soobba Massaquoi
Ambassador Extra Ordinary and Plenipotentiary, Republic of Sierra Leone to the Republic of Korea
A distinguished diplomat, governance expert, and international leader, H.E. Paul Soobba Massaquoi serves as Ambassador of the Republic of Sierra Leone to the Republic of Korea. With more than 25 years of exceptional experience across international affairs, maritime governance, public administration, and institutional leadership, His Excellency is widely recognized for his contributions to diplomacy, strategic governance, and global cooperation. Appointed by H.E. President Dr. Julius Maada Bio in 2024, he has previously served as Executive Director of the Sierra Leone Maritime Administration and CEO & Chairman of the Foundation of the President and First Lady of Sierra Leone. His presence on the Board reflects ITDFC’s commitment to engaging distinguished global leadership in advancing international dialogue, diplomatic collaboration, and strategic partnerships across nations.

Dr. Birhanu M. Lenjiso
Director General, Oromia Agricultural Authority
An accomplished development leader, policy expert, and agricultural strategist, Dr. Birhanu M. Lenjiso currently serves as Director General of the Oromia Agricultural Authority, one of Ethiopia's most influential agricultural institutions. With extensive experience spanning academia, public policy, agricultural development, and institutional leadership, he has made significant contributions to advancing sustainable agriculture, food security, and rural transformation in Ethiopia. Previously serving as State Minister in Ethiopia's Ministry of Irrigation & Lowlands, Dr. Lenjiso played a key role in shaping policies and programs related to irrigation development, sustainable resource management, and agricultural resilience. Widely respected for his expertise in agricultural governance, development policy, and international cooperation, Dr. Lenjiso's presence on the ITDFC Board reflects the Federation's commitment to strengthening global partnerships, advancing agricultural innovation, and promoting sustainable development through international collaboration and knowledge exchange.

H.E. Rijasoa Josoa
Former Minister of Education, Government of the Republic of Madagascar
A distinguished education leader, public policy expert, and advocate for inclusive development, H.E. Rijasoa Josoa served as the Former Minister of Education, Government of the Republic of Madagascar, where she contributed to advancing education reforms, strengthening institutional development, and promoting human capital advancement. Widely recognized for her commitment to educational excellence, she has played an important role in fostering quality education and sustainable national development. With a strong academic foundation and expertise in African studies, language education, and cultural engagement, H.E. Rijasoa Josoa has dedicated her career to fostering intercultural understanding, educational excellence, and international cooperation. Her commitment to education as a catalyst for social progress and global engagement aligns closely with ITDFC's vision of promoting international partnerships and knowledge exchange. Syed Areesh Hussain brings an integrated perspective across government affairs, public policy, industry and international engagement. As the CEO of ITDFC, he leads the organisation's strategic vision for advancing international trade, economic diplomacy, and institutional cooperation across governments, diplomatic missions, and international organisations. With a growing record of engagements spanning 75+ diplomatic missions and 50+ institutional leaders, he drives ITDFC's mission of connecting institutions, markets and nations.

Bency George
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Bency George is the COO of ITDFC, responsible for leading the organization's institutional operations, global partnerships, and international trade engagement initiatives. He oversees the strategic execution of programs aimed at strengthening economic diplomacy and global chamber collaborations. His leadership contributes significantly to advancing ITDFC's mission.

Vice President – Global Relations & Strategic Outreach
Sunandita focuses on expanding the federation's global relations network and institutional partnerships. She works closely on advancing collaboration with international chambers, trade bodies, diplomatic missions, and financial institutions, supporting the federation's mission of promoting cross-border trade cooperation and economic dialogue.

Dr. Meenakshi Singh
Senior Advisor, Government Relations, ITDFC
Dr. Meenakshi Singh joins ITDFC as Senior Advisor – Government Relations, bringing extensive experience in India's scientific research, technology and government ecosystem. As a former Chief Scientist with the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR), Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India, she brings valuable experience from one of India's premier national scientific research and innovation institutions. At ITDFC, Dr. Singh provides strategic guidance on government relations, policy engagement, institutional partnerships and strategic collaboration, helping strengthen engagement with government ministries, departments, research institutions, industry and international stakeholders. Her expertise contributes to ITDFC's efforts to build stronger government–industry–research partnerships and advance trade, technology and international cooperation.
