An eminent global stateswoman and distinguished academic, Prof. Dr. Iveta Radičová served as Slovakia’s first woman Prime Minister (2010–2012). With an exceptional legacy spanning the European Commission, international policy institutions, and academia, she is widely recognized for her leadership in governance, democratic transformation, and global cooperation. Her presence on the Board reflects ITDFC’s commitment to engaging world-class leadership in advancing strategic international dialogue and partnerships.

H.E. Paul Soobba Massaquoi
Ambassador Extra Ordinary and Plenipotentiary, Republic of Sierra Leone to the Republic of Korea
A distinguished diplomat, governance expert, and international leader, H.E. Paul Soobba Massaquoi serves as Ambassador of the Republic of Sierra Leone to the Republic of Korea. With more than 25 years of exceptional experience across international affairs, maritime governance, public administration, and institutional leadership, His Excellency is widely recognized for his contributions to diplomacy, strategic governance, and global cooperation. Appointed by H.E. President Dr. Julius Maada Bio in 2024, he has previously served as Executive Director of the Sierra Leone Maritime Administration and CEO & Chairman of the Foundation of the President and First Lady of Sierra Leone. His presence on the Board reflects ITDFC’s commitment to engaging distinguished global leadership in advancing international dialogue, diplomatic collaboration, and strategic partnerships across nations.

Sunandita focuses on expanding the federation's global relations network and institutional partnerships. She works closely on advancing collaboration with international chambers, trade bodies, diplomatic missions, and financial institutions, supporting the federation's mission of promoting cross-border trade cooperation and economic dialogue.

A highly accomplished international development leader, Mr. Moussa KONATE brings 30+ years of strategic experience across agriculture, water systems, and large-scale development initiatives. With a distinguished career spanning global institutions such as FAO and UNDP, he has been instrumental in advancing sustainable agriculture, value chains, and rural transformation across West and Central Africa. He serves as Country Director for Burkina Faso, strengthening ITDFC’s regional presence and advancing strategic partnerships across the African continent.
