H.E. Paul Soobba Massaquoi

Ambassador Extra Ordinary and Plenipotentiary, Republic of Sierra Leone to the Republic of Korea

A distinguished diplomat, governance expert, and international leader, H.E. Paul Soobba Massaquoi serves as Ambassador of the Republic of Sierra Leone to the Republic of Korea. With more than 25 years of exceptional experience across international affairs, maritime governance, public administration, and institutional leadership, His Excellency is widely recognized for his contributions to diplomacy, strategic governance, and global cooperation. Appointed by H.E. President Dr. Julius Maada Bio in 2024, he has previously served as Executive Director of the Sierra Leone Maritime Administration and CEO & Chairman of the Foundation of the President and First Lady of Sierra Leone. With extensive experience spanning academia, public policy, agricultural development, and institutional leadership, he has made significant contributions to advancing sustainable agriculture, food security, and rural transformation in Ethiopia. Previously serving as State Minister in Ethiopia's Ministry of Irrigation & Lowlands, Dr. Lenjiso played a key role in shaping policies and programs related to irrigation development, sustainable resource management, and agricultural resilience.
